Business Analyst: Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems. Conducts and analyzes business and information technology processes and prepares essential groundwork. Evaluates business requirements for enterprise business applications integration and service activation, while delivering new or modified software systems enhancements and/or integration solutions. Participates in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of system requirements. Identifies customer requirements, develops test schedules, reviews testing plans and tracks and documents the development and results of these plans. Alerts project managers to potential risks and issues of importance. Uncovers client requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as Data flow Modeling and Object Modeling, Case Analysis, Workflow Analysis, and Functional Decomposition Analysis. Solicits client requirements through interviews, workshops and/or existing systems documentation or procedures.
Critical Skills:
- BA/BS in statistics or market research preferred; MBA or Masters degree a plus
- 4-5 years of experience as business analysis

- Client meetings, JAD Sessions experience

Project Lead: Project Lead demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals/programs/processes for an area or business segment. Has the experience or expertise to solve problems. Able to develop and execute objectives for self and others. This role has the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. The Project Lead manages the initiation, execution, and closeout of projects. The Project Lead is accountable for project commitments, such as milestones, deliverables, and cost goals. Will lead software design work that meets requirements. Will manage and coordinate software development and coding activities, Including the test and verification. Works with client personnel to ensure Software products meet needs. Will report to the Software Manager. A minimum of 8 years of programming experience working with a combination of technologies. A proven record of working to solve complex issues with cross-team engagement, along with driving large complex software systems to delivery. The ideal candidate will show a bias for action, and an ability to work with many other teams to build innovative customer-centric offerings. Strong architecting and design experience. Must have mentored or lead other developers. The candidate must show a strong sense of ownership and an ability to lead and mentor a technical team. Strong communications skills are a must.
Critical Skills:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- Minimum of 4+ years experience in team leadership and managing software projects.
- Willingness and ability to travel 20% of the time.
- Skilled in negotiation and customer relations.
- Experience in managing a project schedule and budget.
- Practitioner of risk identification and mitigation.
- Basic knowledge of project cost accounting principles.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.

Evaluate and improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Assist in developing standards and criteria for successful implementation of new systems. Maintain confidentiality of information where applicable. Review literature and other resources in order to keep informed of new software products and advances in technology.

- Must have Masters/ Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent in related software technology field.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision to produce results.
- Firm knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
- 5 years of object-oriented programming experience.
- Demonstrates an ability to explore, interpret, and summarize user requirements to develop well written, concise programming specification, procedures and functions designed to implement requested changes and/ or new development.

Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

QA Functional, Regression & End to End (E2E): The QA Engineer is responsible for assuring the quality of applications using both manual and automated black-box and white-box testing techniques. Must be a self-starter who takes initiative in learning new processes and applying them. Must have experience in writing test cases and test plans from requirements, including associated test data and SQL scripts. Minimum 5 years experience in Functional Testing and Regression testing. Must have bachelor in computer science, engineering or equivalent in related software technology field. Must be able and willing to learn new tools quickly with some guidance or self learning. Experience in test automation tools a plus. Experience in test automation scripting a major plus. Strong Analytical skills, strong SQL skills and Software Engineering process skills a plus.
